Sometimes we become acutely focused on arriving at our destination. Getting from A – B becomes what it’s all about and the stuff in between a nuisance. Sometimes we race the clock wanting to get from here to there in record time so we can…do something else. More and more I see that the good stuff, the really rich stuff in life, is the in between parts. It’s the journey as opposed to the arrival! There’s an added bonus…..if we are actively engaged in the journey our fears are disarmed and the inner critic squashed like a bug. Maybe we should approach every day like a vacation, living in the moment and enjoying the surprises of the journey.

The real purpose of life is the journey…watch this.

So true Cheryl. It’s important as we go through our days enroute to our destination, to enjoy what we are living right now. Take some time each day to claim the moment, the smallest of our experiences can be the sweetest.
