The more women I talk to, the more I realize what a big player fear is in our lives. It can stop us from becoming who we were meant to be. It can stop us from serving and contributing like we were intended to. It can compromise our happiness and ability to love. Propelling ourselves into ACTion disarms fear, so can anything that opens the heart. Gratitude is one of those things…it’s very difficult to be fearful when we are grateful.
When I list all the things I’m grateful for I can feel a softening and an opening of the heart. Gratitude puts fears to rest, turns chaos to order and confusion to clarity.
