YUMMY AGERS have an enviable glow and green juice is just the tip of the iceberg. They are lit from within and that can only coming from passion.
Passion [noun] – strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something
It happens to most of us……around the time the kids launch and the nest empties, our thoughts shift to (re)imagining Life. Who am I (now)? How do I want to live the rest of my life? What is my passion?
Passion makes our heart sing and allows us to be in service to the world where we leave our mark and legacies grow. What’s mine? I wonder. The answer is inside but where? I know regular maintenance is required to keep the ingoing and outgoing channels clear so I have some cleaning to do. There’s probably years of dust, cobwebs and accumulated debris blocking the path to my deep knowingness.
I get down on my knees and begin doing the dirty work.
It’s been said when we uncover passion we discover self and return to who we truly are.
What is my passion? I ask loud and clear. I start soul searching and questioning. I wait.
Oh……and I keep paper and pen in the car, beside the bed and in plastic bag near shower since these are the places when my soul most wants to talk.
